摘　　要：回顾成都市全民医保制度从分类建立到并轨整合,进而逐步形成城乡一体化医疗保障体系的发展历程,提示整合后的城乡居民医保制度公平水准和可持续性得到显著提升,一体化的优越性和凝聚力不断显现,基金的保障能力越来越强。By retrospecting the development of universal health insurance system from classified to the integrated, it demonstrates that the level of equity and the sustainability of the integrated health insurance have been improved greatly. The advantage and cohesions of this system has also been gradually manifested, and the security ability of the insurance fund has been stronger and stronger.
