摘　　要：从培养工程类本科生实践能力与创新能力出发,抓住课堂、实验以及生产实习3个关键环节,通过深化教学改革、强化实践能力、注重实际效果,转变传统教学方法,实现课堂、实验以及生产实习"三位一体"的培养模式,使学生的实践能力与创新能力得到切实有效地提高。From the perspective of ability cultivation in practice and innovation for undergraduates in engineering, a new cultivating mode focusing on three key factors（classroom education, experiment and production practice） is realized, through deepening teaching reform, reinforcing practice ability and improving actual effects, etc. To change traditional teaching mode. Practice and innovation ability of undergraduates can be improved under this new cultivating mode.
