摘　　要：本文对广西75家县(市)级公立综合医院2008-2013年床位规模和床位使用率情况进行了调查分析。结果表明,广西县级公立综合医院的床位规模呈现快速扩张趋势,床位规模较大的医院明显存在床位超负荷运转问题,应强化区域卫生规划,根据人口规模,适当增加人口大县的公立综合医院的床位规模。The bed numbers and their utilization status during the year of 2008-2013 in 75 county public general hospitals of Guangxi were investigated and analyzed. The results showed a rapid expansion trend in the bed numbers. There were significant beds overloaded problems in hospitals with large bed numbers. It should intensify regional health planning, and based on the population, appropriately increase the bed numbers in the public general hospitals of countries with large population.
