腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠的回顾性对照研究

摘　　要：目的比较腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠的效果。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2014年9月我院行输卵管妊娠手术的90例患者临床资料。按手术方式的不同分为开腹组40例和腹腔镜组50例,比较两组手术治疗的术中及术后情况。结果开腹组与腹腔镜组均取得很好的临床疗效,腹腔镜组住院费用明显高于开腹组(P<0.05);但腹腔镜组的术后下床活动时间,肛门排气时间,总住院日及术后情况等均明显优于开腹组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论腹腔镜治疗输卵管妊娠手术损伤小,术后恢复快,安全有效,是目前理想的手术方式。Objective To compare the curative effect between laparoscopic surgery and laparotomy surgery in treatment of tubal pregnancy. Methods A retrospective analysis was used on the clinical data of 90 patients who received tube pregnancy surgery from January 2012 to September 2014 in our hospital. According to different operation methods,all the cases were divided into two groups,laparotomy surgery group（ 40 cases） and laparoscopic surgery group（ 50 cases）,the intraoperative and postoperative conditions between the two groups were compared. Results All the cases in both groups have achieved good clinical curative effect. Although the hospitalization expense of laparoscopic group was significantly higher than that of laparotomy group（ P〈0. 05）,the overall clinical effect of laparoscopic group is superior to that of laparotomy group,particularly in the aspects of postoperative bed activity time and anus exhaust time,the total length of hospital stay and postoperative conditions. The above differences are statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,while there are no significant differences concerning operation time and intraoperative blood loss（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is an ideal operation method to treat tubal pregnancy with minor injury,rapid recovery,safety and effectiveness.
