摘　　要：目的探讨静脉采血不良反应原因与分析及护理措施,以减少不良反应的发生率。方法将我院2014年1月至2014年6月到中心采血室进行采血患者,共28 000例,受测者作为研究对象,对其静脉采血出现的不良反应的原因进行总结分析。并给予科学、合理、有效的护理措施。结果静脉采血不良反应发生受多种因素影响。结论为减少采血的不良反应的发生,需要对其采取积极有效的护理措施。Objective To explore and analyse the causes of adverse reactions in venous blood collection and nursing measures in order to reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions. Methods A total of 28 000 cases of patients,whose blood was collected in the blood collection center in our hospital from January to June in 2014,were selected as the research object. The reasons of adverse reactions in venous blood collection were summed up and analyzed,and scientific,reasonable and effective nursing measures were offered.Results The adverse reactions in venous blood collection are affected by many factors. Conclusion In order to reduce the adverse reactions of blood collection,positive effective nursing measures are to be taken.
