摘  要:为了获得较高弯曲强度的光学玻璃,采用热处理强化工艺钝化和消除了光学玻璃表面划痕,对光学玻璃进行了化学强化.采用SEM、OM、EDS和三点弯曲试验分析了光学玻璃的强化效果.研究结果表明:经过458℃,保温18h的离子交换处理后,玻璃表面的离子交换层厚度达到约40~60μm.与原始玻璃强度93.8 MPa相比较,采用热处理结合离子交换处理的强化工艺,强度提高了4倍,弯曲强度达到387.5 MPa,弯曲强度的Weibull模数提高.离子交换处理对提高强度更有效.In order to get high bending strength of the optical glass,the heat treatment was used to passivate and eliminate the scratches on the surface of the optical glass,and then chemical tempering was used to strengthen optical glass.The effect of strengthening process of the optical glass was analyzed by SEM,OM,EDS and three-point bending test.The results show:After chemical strengthening at 458 ℃for18h,the ion exchange layer in optical glass reaches about 40~60μm.Compared with 93.8MPa of the original glass,while the process is the combination of heat treatment and ion exchange process,the bending strength achieves 387.5 MPa,which increases 4times,and Weibull modulus of the bending strength is also improved.It is proved that ion exchange process is more effective to improve the strength.
