摘　　要：中药炮制是中国中医药遗产的组成部分。数千年来,它与中医临床紧密配合,在中国人民防病治病中起到了重要作用,保证了中医临床用药安全有效。醋制是中药炮制中重要的炮制方法之一,中药饮片通过醋制可以改变药物的理化性质、降低其毒性或副作用、矫味矫臭、增强药物的疗效、确保临床用药安全有效,其作用基本可以通过现代药理研究证明。目前由于多种原因,传统炮制方法醋制饮片日趋减少,这是一个值得注意的问题。中药醋制法作为中医药学宝贵遗产之一,有必要加强此方面的研究。TCM medicine vinegar processing is an integral part of the heritage of TCM medicine processing. Chinese herbal medicine by vinegar processed can change physicochemical properties of the drug, reduce its toxicity or side effects, and enhance the efficacy of the drug, to ensure safe and effective clinical application, its role can be proved by the basic modern pharmacological research. As one method of TCM medicine vinegar processing valuable heritage of TCM medicine, it needs to strengthen research in this area.
