滋肾育胎丸联合黄体酮胶囊治疗先兆流产疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨滋肾育胎丸联合黄体胶囊酮在治疗早期先兆流产中的有效性及安全性。方法:选取2014年1月-2014年5月在甘肃省妇幼保健院门诊就诊的先兆流产患者240例,分组后研究组120例,给予滋肾育胎丸联合黄体酮胶囊治疗,对照组120例,单纯辅以黄体酮胶囊治疗。结果:在先兆流产的治疗方面滋肾育胎丸联合黄体酮与单用黄体酮相比有显著性差异。结论:滋肾育胎丸联合黄体酮胶囊治疗先兆流产方面疗效肯定且不良反应轻,值得临床推广。Objective：To discuss clinical efficacy and safety of Zishen Yutai Wan plus Progesterone capsule on threatened abortion. Methods：240 patients with threatened abortion were selected into this study in Gansu Maternal and Child care hospital in Lanzhou from January to May 2014. Patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, 120 cases for each. The observation group was given Zishen Yutai Wan plus Progesterone capsule;another was given Progesterone capsules only. Results：Efficacy of Zishen Yutai Wan plus Progesterone capsule on threatened abortion was significantly better than Progesterone capsules only. Conclusions： Clinical effects of Zishen Yutai Wan plus Progesterone capsule was confirmed with fewer side effects on threatened abortion.
