加味逍遥丸辅助乳腺病治疗仪在乳腺增生疾病中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨并研究加味逍遥丸辅助乳腺病治疗仪在乳腺增生疾病中的应用。方法:所选研究对象为我院自2012年5月-2013年12年收治的100例乳腺增生病患,基于病患临床资料的分析,随机进行分组,划分为病例各50例的对照组与观察组,其中对照组采取乳腺病治疗仪治疗,观察组联合应用加味逍遥丸和乳腺病治疗仪来治疗,对比分析两组治疗效果。结果:经治疗,观察组治疗有效率为96.0%,复发率为2.0%,症状平均缓解时间为(7.4±3.6)d;对照组治疗总有效率为82.0%,复发率为14.0%,症状平均缓解时间为(10.6±3.4)d,两组所存差异显著,具有统计学意义,即P<0.05。结论:从本次研究所获结果来看,在乳腺增生疾病的临床治疗中,联合应用加味逍遥丸与乳腺病治疗仪来予以治疗,所获疗效良好,可短时间内使病患症状得到缓解和改善,降低其复发率,在临床中值得应用和推广。Objective： To investigate and research clinical efficacy of Jiawei Xiaoyao Wan plus therapeutic equipment on proliferative breast disease. Methods：100 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group （50 cases） and the control group （50 cases） from May 2012 to December 2013. The control group was treated by therapeutic equipment;another was given Jiawei Xiaoyao Wan plus therapeutic equipment. Clinical effects in two groups were compared. Results：The total efficacy, recurrence rate and average time of symptom remission in the observation were 96.0%, 2.0%and （7.4±3.6） d;in another it were 82.0%, 14.0%and （10.6 ±3.4）d, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Jiawei Xiaoyao Wan plus therapeutic equipment showed better clinical efficacy and low recurrence rate, could improve clinical symptoms in short time, and were worthy of clinical promotion.
