沙参麦冬汤合丹参饮治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察沙参麦冬汤合丹参饮治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将220例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者分为治疗组及对照组各110例。对照组予吗丁啉口服,治疗组予沙参麦冬汤合丹参饮口服。两组均治疗1个疗程后对比疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率95%,对照组总有效率60%。结论:沙参麦冬汤合丹参饮治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效确切。Objective：To observe clinical effects of the Shashen Maidong decoction plus Danshen Yin on chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods：220 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 110 cases in each. The control group received domperidone orally, the treatment group was treated with the Shashen Maidong decoction plus Danshen Yin orally. Clinical efficacy in both was compared after 1 course. Results：The total efficacy in the treatment group was 95%, in control was 60%. Conclusion：The Shashen Maidong decoction plus Danshen Yin were confirmed with good efficacy on chronic atrophic gastritis.
