摘　　要：李元文教授临床治疗皮肤疾患经验丰富,用药独特,常常在临证中配伍使用一些对药。对药即配伍起到协同作用者,或相互抵消毒副作用而专取所长者,或相互作用产生特殊疗效者。治疗时辨证论治,结合现代药理研究成果合理选择对药,往往收到良好的治疗效果。李元文教授临床常用的对药有白花蛇舌草与天冬、柴胡与乌梅、泽兰与泽泻、黄芩与侧柏叶。Professor Li Yuan-wen has clinical experience in the treatment of the skin diseases with rich, unique medication. The compatibility of medicine has a synergistic effect, side effect and the mutual cancellation of the elderly, or interactions produce special curative effect. It will achieve effects to combine with modern pharmacological research. The common medicine couples include Herba Hedyotis and Asparagus, Bupleurum and ebony, Zeeland and Oriental waterplantain rhizome, Radix Scutellariae and Cacumen Platycladi.
