补中益气汤治疗肺脾气虚型慢性肺疾病患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析与研究采用补中益气汤治疗肺脾气虚型慢性肺疾病患者的临床疗效。方法:通过选取2012年7月—2014年7月我院门诊及住院经治的104例肺脾气虚型慢性肺疾病患者,将其随机分为两组,常规组52例,采用常规西药进行治疗;观察组52例,采用补中益气汤进行治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组显效36例,有效11例,总有效率为90.4%,与常规组相比有明显差异(P<0.05);观察组FEV1/预计值%、FEV1/FVC%、PDGF-BB浓度与常规组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:采用补中益气汤治疗肺脾气虚型慢性肺疾病,能够有效改善患者的病情,临床效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective：To analyze and study the clinical efficacy of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of patients with lung-spleen Qi deficiency chronic lung diseases. Methods：104 cases with lung-spleen Qi deficiency chronic lung disease from July 2012 to July 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 52 cases in the conventional group were treated with conventional medicine treatment;52 cases in the observation group were treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results：The 36 cases were markedly effective, 11 cases effective and the total effective rate was 90.4%with a significant difference （P〈0.05） as compared with the conventional group;FEV1/predicted value%, FEV1/FVC%, PDGF-BB concentration in the observation group with significantly different, compared with the conventional group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can treat lung-spleen Qi deficiency chronic lung diseases, effectively improve the patient＆#39;s condition with significant clinical effect, which is worthy of promotion.
