中西医结合治疗缓解期慢性肺源性心脏病分析

摘　　要：目的:分析中西医结合治疗缓解期慢性肺源性心脏病的疗效。方法:运用随机抽样的方法选取我院2013年1月—2014年9月收治的80例缓解期慢性肺源性心脏病患者,依据治疗方法将这些患者分为研究组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组患者予西医治疗,研究组患者在对照组治疗的基础上结合中药治疗。结果:研究组患者治疗的总有效率95.0%(38/40)显著高于对照组65.0%(26/40)(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗缓解期慢性肺源性心脏病疗效显著,值得在临床推广。Objective： To analyze the curative effect of integrated treatment of Chinese and western medicine on chronic pulmonary heart disease in remission. Methods：80 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease in remission in our hospital from January 2013 to September 2014 were divided into research group and control group by random sampling. Each group has 40 patients. The control group was given western medicine. The research group, on basis of control group, was given Chinese medicine. Results：The total effective rate of research group （95%, 38/40） was significantly higher than that of the control group （65.0%, 26/40）, （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Integrated treatment of Chinese and western medicine has significant curative effect on chronic pulmonary heart disease in remission. It is worth of promotion in clinic.
