摘　　要：目的:对湿润烧伤膏治疗小儿烧伤创面的临床护理措施进行探究。方法:选择我院2013年11月—2014年11月所收治的35例小儿烧伤患者作为研究的对象,对其予以湿润烧伤膏加以治疗,且予以相应的临床护理,然后对其治疗效果进行观察。结果:经治疗和护理之后,有24例患者痊愈(68.6%),11例有效(31.4%),总有效率为100.0%;在整个治疗过程中,无一例病患出现严重的不良反应。结论:在临床上,对小儿烧伤患者予以湿润烧伤膏加以治疗,同时予以相应的护理,疗效确切,且创面愈合速度快,值得大力推广。Objective：To investigate the clinical nursing measures of MEBO in the treatment of pediatric burn wound.Methods：35 cases of pediatric burn patients in our hospital from November,2013 to November, 2014,were treated as the objects and treated with MEBO and the corresponding clinical nursing, and then the therapeutic effects were observed. Results：After treatment, 24 patients were cured （68.6%）, 11 cases were effective（31.4%）, the total effective rate was 100%;in the whole course of treatment, no patient had serious adverse reactions.Conclusion：In the clinical treatment of pediatric burn patients, MEBO with corresponding clinical nursing has exact curative effect and fastens the wound healing speed, which is worthY of promotion.
