中西结合治疗类风湿关节炎急性进展期40例观察

摘　　要：目的:对中西医结合治疗类风湿关节炎急性进展期的效果进行分析探讨。方法:将我院2013年5月—2014年5月收治的40例类风湿关节炎急性进展期患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组20例患者行常规西医治疗,观察组20例患者行中西医结合治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组的关节肿痛消失时间显著短于对照组,治疗有效率显著高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:中西医结合治疗类风湿关节炎效果理想,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To analyze and discuss the effect of integrated treatment of Chinese and western medicine on treatment of advanced rheumatoid arthritis. Methods：40 patients with advanced rheumatoid arthritis admitted by our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. 20 patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine and 20 patients in the observation group were treated with integrated treatment of Chinese and western medicine. the The curative effect of the two groups were compared. Results：the disappearing time of joint swelling of observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group and the effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P〈0.05. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion：, Integrated treatment of Chinese and western medicine has an ideal effect on rheumatoid arthritis. It is safe and worthy of clinical popularization and application.
