中药直肠滴入法治疗重症患者热秘的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药直肠滴入法治疗重症患者热秘的临床疗效。方法:将40例重症医学科中医辨证为热秘的患者随机分为治疗组20例,对照组20例。在常规治疗的基础上,对照组给予肥皂水直肠滴入,1次/d。治疗组给予中药直肠滴入,所用中药为我院自制制剂双解合剂(药物组成:石膏、芦根,250 ml/瓶),1次/d。1周为1个疗程。结果:对照组20例,显效2例,有效10例,总有效率为60.0%,治疗组20例,显效12例,有效6例,总有效率为90.0%,两组总有效率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:采用中药直肠滴入法治疗重症患者热秘,临床治疗效果明确,并且不良反应少,非常适合重症医学科患者,中药直肠滴入法治疗重症患者热秘非常值得在临床推广运用。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine rectum drip in the treatment of patients with severe constipation pathogenic heat. Methods： 40 cases of severe medicine of traditional Chinese medicine for severe constipation pathogenic heat of patients were randomly divided into a treatment group with 20 cases and a control group with 20 cases. On the basis of routine therapy and control group given soap water drip into the rectum, once a day. The treatment group was given Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） drip into the rectum, double solution for our homemade preparations of Chinese medicine agent （drug composition：gypsum, phragmites communis, 250 ml/bottle）, once a day. A week for a period of treatment. Results：In the control group, 2 cases had marked effect, 10 cases effective, 8 cases ineffective among 20 cases, the total effective rate was 60.0%;in the treatment group , 12 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases effective, 2 cases ineffective among 20 cases, the total effective rate was 90.0%, with significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Chinese medicine rectum drops has precise effect on patients with severe constipation pathogenic heat with less side effects, which is very suitable for patients with severe medicine. Chinese medicine rectum drops is worthy of promotion to cure patients with severe constipation pathogenic heat.
