摘　　要：目的:探讨通阳活血汤治疗心肾阳虚型慢性心衰患者的临床疗效。方法:选取五华县中医医院病例32例,五华县慢性病防治站病例8例,东莞市清溪医院病例8例,合计48例辨证为心肾阳虚型患者即纳入观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,分别给予不同药物治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组患者治疗总好转率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),未出现不良反应。结论:通阳活血汤治疗心肾阳虚型慢性心衰患者,安全性高,临床意义重大。Objective： To analyze and study the clinical curative effect of Tongyang Huoxue Decoction on heart-kidney Yang deficiency type chronic heart failure. Methods：32 patients in Wuhua Chinese Medicine Hospital, 8 cases in Wuhua county station, 8 cases in Dongguan Qingxi Hospital, a total of 48 cases of patients with kidney Yang deficiency were observed and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, respectively given different medication, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results：The total improved rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group with significant difference （P〈0.05）, without side effects. Conclusion：Tongyang Huoxue Decoction has an effect on chronic heart failure patients with heart-kidney Yang deficiency with, high safety and clinical significance.
