磁圆针结合梅花针治疗中风后偏瘫痉挛状态的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:拟证明"解痉纠偏"针法治疗中风后偏瘫痉挛的临床疗效。方法:随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组采用磁圆针、梅花针、电针综合治疗,对照组则采用西药巴氯芬进行治疗。以国际公认的修改的AShowrth痉挛评定级、简化Fugl-Meyer评价法、Blarthel氏ADL指数分别评定痉挛程度、运动功能水平、日常生活能力,反映患者功能水平,客观指标GABA(r-氨基丁酸)、GLU(谷氨酸)的血清水平测定进行评价。结果:治疗组治疗脑出血后便秘的总有效率为92.3%,对照组的总有效率为81.0%,两组差异具有统计学意义。结论:磁圆针结合梅花针治疗中风后偏瘫痉挛疗效显著,优于对照组,在保证疗效更显著的基础上,相对更便于操作。Objective： To prove the clinical curative effect of＆quot;spasticity-relieving and hemiplegia-correcting＆quot;acupuncture therapy on spastic hemiplegia after stroke. Methods： Patients were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）. The treatment group was given comprehensive treatment of magnetic needle acupuncture, plum blossom needle acupuncture and electric needle acupuncture. The control group was given western medicine baclofen. The internationally recognized modified AShowrth spastic rating, simplified Fugl-Meyer and Blarthel＆#39;s ADL index were used to evaluate the degree of spasticity, motor function level, ability of daily life. The objective index GABA（r-amino butyric acid）, GLU （glutamate） was measured to evaluate the level of the serum. Results：the the total effective rate of treatment group on constipation after cerebral hemorrhage was 93.3%, the control group 80%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion：The curative effect of magnetic needle combined with plum blossom needle on hemiplegia spasm after apoplexy was significant and better than that of the control group. Besides the significant effect, it is convenient to operate.
