艾箱灸在含铂类药物化疗中止吐的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨艾箱灸在含铂类药物化疗中止吐的疗效。方法:将169例使用含铂类药物化疗的晚期恶性肿瘤患者随机分为两组,对照组84例采用盐酸托烷司琼止吐,观察组85例采用盐酸托烷司琼加艾箱灸止吐,按疗效标准评定两组的止吐效果。结果:对照组呕吐的完全控制率为36.9%、止吐的总有效率为72.6%,观察组呕吐的完全控制率为56.5%、止吐的总有效率为88.2%,观察组的疗效非常明显地优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:艾箱灸能显著提高使用含铂类药物化疗的晚期肿瘤患者的止吐效果。Objective：To investigate the treatment effects used the moxa box moxibustion （ 艾 箱 灸 ） for vomit-stopping in the chemotherapy of platinum-based drugs. Methods：169 cases patients of the terminal cancer and using the chemotherapy of platinum-based drugs were divided into two groups at random. The control group included 84 cases and they were stopped vomiting by the hydrochloric acid tropane siqiong and the observation group included 85 cases and they were stopped vomiting by the hydrochloric acid tropane siqiong combing the moxa box moxibustion. The vomit-stopping effects of two groups were judged according to the standards of treatment effect. Results：The complete control rate of vomiting was 36.9%and the total efficient rate of vomit-stopping was 72.6%for the control group. The complete control rate of vomiting was 56.5%and the total efficient rate of vomit-stopping was 88.2%for observation group. The treatment effects of observation group very apparently were superior to the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusions：The moxa box moxibustion significantly can rise the vomit-stopping effects of advanced cancer patients because the chemotherapy of platinum-based drugs.
