针灸治疗单纯性肥胖症的研究进展

摘　　要：单纯性肥胖症,指仅有肥胖而无任何其他器质性疾病的肥胖症。针灸治疗单纯性肥胖症具有其独特的优势,现在临床上往往将毫针针刺与穴位埋线、电针、艾灸、推拿、穴位敷贴以及耳针等多种方法相结合,综合治疗。通过对近十年来针灸治疗单纯性肥胖症的相关临床研究文献进行总结并探讨其治疗方法及取穴规律,为广大针灸临床工作者提供更全面的治疗选穴思路,以期更好的提高针灸减肥的临床效果。Simple obesity, means only without any other organic disease of obesity. Acupuncture therapy has its unique advantages of simple obesity,now clinically often combining needle acupuncture and meridian lines, electric acupuncture, moxibustion, massage, acupuncture point sticking and earpins methods as a comprehensive treatment. Based on the related clinical research literature on acupuncture and moxibustion therapy on simple obesity in recent ten years to summarize and evaluate the treatment methods and rules of selecting points, to provide more comprehensive treatment of acupoint selection method for clinical workers of acupuncture and moxibustion, in order to improve the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion better weight loss.
