摘　　要：目的 :探究CT显像在老年恶性肿瘤放射治疗中的临床应用价值。方法 :择选我院2013年11月—2014年11月所收治的老年恶性肿瘤患者65例作为研究对象,对全部患者均采取放射治疗,在对其进行治疗前后,采取CT扫描检查,以便对其肿瘤期别加以观察与判定。结果 :11例患者依据CT扫描检查结果,更改治疗方案,即6例患者需由根治性放射治疗,改为姑息性放射治疗,5例由原先初定的姑息性放射治疗,更改为根治性放射治疗。结论 :在治疗前对患者予以CT显像检查,可对病灶予以正确的判断,且对其肿瘤分期加以明确,以便能更好的对其进行治疗,提高治疗的效果。Objective：To explore the CT imaging in the elderly malignant tumor radiation therapy in the clinical application value. Methods：To choose his own from November 2013 to November 2013 elderly patients with malignant tumor treated by 65 as the research object, adopt radiotherapy in all patients, and in the before and after treatment, the CT scan, so that the observation and determination on the tumor stage don＆#39;t.Results：11 patients based on the CT scan results, change the treatment plan, namely 6 patients need by radical radiotherapy, instead of palliative radiotherapy, 5 cases from early palliative radiotherapy, changed to radical radiotherapy.Conclusion：CT imaging to patients before treatment, but for a correct judgment of lesions, and tries to make clear to the tumor stage, to be able to better treatment, to improve the effect of the treatment.
