摘　　要：针对变截面隧道衬砌钢模台车功能单一、非标准化、成本高的问题,根据钢结构设计原理,设计了一种新型的标准化的可实现变跨、变高、变弧的三变钢模台车,对其主要结构进行了力学分析,保证了台车的可靠性,并为进一步的优化设计奠定基础。To solve the problem of single-function, non-standard and high cost of variable cross-section steel form jumbo, a new type of standardized three-change steel form jumbo is designed based on steel structure design principle, which can adjust span, height and radian. In order to ensure the reliability, mechanics analysis are made for the main structure which lie a foundation for further optimization design analysis.
