摘  要:以水压阀的阀芯与阀套之间的密封面为研究对象,在阀芯表面加工有微造型以研究其润滑性能。建立阀芯微造型的几何模型,采用基于N-S方程的CFD方法对其进行流场分析,得到了未引入微造型和引入微造型的阀芯表面压力曲线,探究在阀芯表面加工微造型对改善其动压润滑性能的影响。分析结果表明:在对水压阀阀芯表面加工有微造型能产生良好的动压润滑效果,其表面压力曲线类似于正弦曲线。Taking sealing surface of the water hydraulic valve core and the valve set as the research object, through setting up micro-modelling on the valve core surface for studying the lubrication performance. Establishing the geometric model of the valve core micro-modelling, using CFD method based on the navier-stokes equation to analysis flow field,and getting the surface pressure curve of not introducing micro modeling and introducing micro-modelling. Exploring the effects of opening micro-texturing on valve core surface to the improvement of the hydrodynamic lubrication performance.Results show that: the micro-modelling opening of on the valve core surface of water hydraulic valve can produce a good effect on hydrodynamic lubrication performance,the surface pressure curve is similar to the sine curve.
