摘  要:利用UG软件建立了某防爆柴油机进气阻火器的流体动力学模型,应用FLUENT软件对进气阻火器内部流场进行了模拟,通过压力分布、速度分布、湍动能分布来分析不同栅栏间隙对进气量的影响。最终得出栅栏间隙越小,栅栏左右的压差不一定会增大,但是进气速度会增大,再依据气流运动的稳定性,最终选择0.3 mm栅栏间隙的阻火器最为合理。A UG software was applied to establish a fluid dynamics model of intake flame arrester of the flameproof diesel engine. A FLUENT software was applied to the simulation on the inner flow filed of intake flame arrester, through contours of static pressure 、contours of velocity magnitude and contours of turbulent kinetic energy to analyze different fence intervals to impact on air inflow. It is concluded that the smaller fence interval. The fence around pressure difference will not necessarily increase, but the air inflow velocity will be increase, and based on the stability of airflow movement. We choice 0.3mm fence interval of the flame arrester is the most reasonable at eventually.
