摘  要:煤矿和电厂轴流风机使用过程中普遍存在效率低、变工况能力差、风压和风量不稳定等问题,基于常用的RAF-6E翼形设计的串列叶栅轴流风机变工况能力强,效率高。通过数值模拟,研究了串列叶栅的流动特性及机理。模拟表明轴流风机串列叶栅间的流体流动稳定,分离几乎消失,风压和风量稳定。基于上述优点改进设计出高效率的串列叶栅轴流风机。基于串列叶栅设计的轴流风机有着优越的性能,其效率可以提升14.2%,风压提高了300 Pa,增强了使用风机过程中经济性,为煤矿和电厂的安全高效生产提供了保障。There are many problems by using axial fan in the colliery and power plant, such as low efficiency,poor variable conditions and unstable air volume air pressure. Axial fan of tandem cascade based on RAF-6E airfoil has a better variable conditions, higher efficiency,steady fluid flow between the vanes and stable pressure and flow. Based on the simulation,some characteristics and mechanisms of tandem cascade are found. The simulation results show stable flow,non separation and steady air flow and pressure. Based on these advantages, axial fan of tandem cascade of high efficiency is designed. It is concluded that axial fan of tandem cascade has a superior performance,and its the efficiency can improve 14.2%, and its pressure can improve 300 Pa. The apply of tandem cascade can increase economic during the using,so it provides a guarantee for the safe and efficient production in the colliery and power plant.
