“市民之家”类建筑的选址分析研究

摘　　要：该文针对近年来在我国某些大型城市陆陆续续建起了"市民之家"的选址进行分析研究。"市民之家"是集政务办公,文化机构,社会活动等多项功能于一体的大型综合公共服务型建筑。该类建筑形成时间较晚,尚有诸多不足。这其中选址问题尤为突出。该文试图以武汉、杭州、Folkestone的"市民之家"为例,结合国外的先进经验,从"与城市交通关系"、"与城市规划关系"以及"与周边功能环境关系"等三个方面对这类建筑在选址的相关内容上进行分析,并畅谈未来该类建筑在选址上的发展趋势。作者拟文,为推动城市的建设与发展,贡献自己的力量。In this paper, we make some analysis and study on the site of ＂Citizen Home＂ in some large cities of our country in recent years. ＂Citizen Home＂ is a set of multiple functions government office, cultural institutions, social activities in one large comprehensive public service-oriented architecture. Due to the late formation of such buildings, there are still many deficiencies. Location selection is particularly prominent problem. We attempt to take Wuhan, Hangzhou, Folkestone＇s ＂Citizen Home＂ for example, combining the advanced experience of foreign countries, three parts from ＂relations with the urban transport＂, ＂ relationship with the city plan＂ and ＂environmental relations with neighboring function＂, we analyze relevant content on the site. Meanwhile, imagine about future trends on the site of such buildings. On the proposed text, to promote the construction and development of the city, to contribute our strength.
