摘　　要：目的:研究双黄连制剂体外抗菌效价检测方法,建立基于生物检定的双黄连制剂质量评价模式。方法:按照中国药典(2010版)规定的生物检定法中的管碟法,以金黄色葡萄球菌为菌种,建立生物效价评价双黄连制剂的方法,并对不同厂家的双黄连口服液的抗菌效价进行测定。结果:双黄连制剂体外抗菌实验量效之间具有良好的线性关系,不同厂家的双黄连口服液抗菌效价为10.278U^15.7276U。结论:生物效价检测方法可以作为双黄连制剂质量控制的一种方法。Objective：Research ShuangHuangLian preparations in vitro antibiotic titer detection method.Establish ShuangHuan-gLian preparation quality evaluation model based on biological assay.Methods：Under the ＆quot;Chinese pharmacopoeia＆quot;2010 version of section 2 by cup -plate method of bioassay method,staphylococcus aureus were used for establishing a biological titer evaluation ShuangHuangLian preparation method.determine to different manufacturer ShuangHuangLian oral liquid of antibiotic titer.Results：ShuangHuangLian preparations in vitro antibacterial experiment has a good linear relationship.Different manufacturer ShuangHuangLi-an oral liquid of antibiotic titer is 10.278 -15.7276u.Conclusion：Detection method can be used as a biological titer ShuangHuan-gLian preparation a method of quality control.
