荭草的体外抗肿瘤活性研究

摘　　要：目的:筛选荭草的抗肿瘤活性部位。方法:采用CCK8法观察荭草各提取部位对人肺癌A549细胞、人肝癌Hep G2细胞株生长的影响情况。结果:荭草的乙酸乙酯部位对人肺癌A549及肝癌Hep G2细胞的生存率降至49.16%及57.44%;正丁醇部位对人肺癌A549及肝癌Hep G2细胞的生存率降至39.18%和46.57%,呈现时间-剂量效应关系。结论:荭草对人肺癌A549细胞、人肝癌Hep G2细胞增值具有一定的抑制作用,是具有开发前景的抗肿瘤中药。Objective To select the tumor inhibitionr activity of Polygonum orientale L.Method Observing the influence of differ-ent extracts from the Polygonum orientale L.on growth of cancer cells A549 and HepG2 by CCK8 methods.Result Cellular survival rate of ethyl acetate extract was about 49.16% and 57.44% for A549 and HepG2;n -butyl alcohol was about 39.18% and 46.57%for A549 and HepG2.The extract of herbs was shown to be significantly inhibition rates to the two cells and time-does-dependence. Conclusion The Polygonum orientale L.had inhibitory effect with cell A549 and HepG2 and it can be a kind of antineoplastic tradi-tional Chinese medicine.
