针刺联合温热式低周波治疗急性腰扭伤30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺联合温热式低周波治疗急性腰扭伤的临床疗效。方法:将90例急性腰扭伤患者随机分为针刺组(A组)、低周波治疗组(B组)与;联合治疗组(C组),每组各30例。前两组作为对照组分别给予针刺治疗或低周波治疗,治疗组在针刺治疗基础上加低周波治疗(1次/日),5d为一疗程;三组患者于治疗5d后通过临床观察比较临床疗效。结果:治疗5d后,A组治疗总有效率80%,B组治疗总有效率86.7%,C组治疗总有效率100%。结论:针灸联合温热式低周波治疗急性腰扭伤疗效显著。Objective To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy between cases of acute lumbar sprain treated with Acupuncture combined with Warm Low -Frequency and cases treated with Monotherapy.Methods 90 patients with acute lumbar sprain were ran-domly divided into three groups：acupuncture group （Group A）,low -frequency treatment group （Group B）and combined treatment group （Group C）（30 patients in each group）.The first two groups as control groups were separately given with acupuncture treatment or low -frequency therapy,combined therapy group were given with low -frequency therapy （1 time per day ）based on acupuncture treatment ,5 days for a course.The clinical efficacies of three groups of patients were compared by clinical observation after 5 days’ treatment.Results Treatment for 5 days ,the total efficiency was 80% in the patients of Group A and 86.7% in the patients of Group B and 100% in the patients of Group C.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with warm low - frequency treatment for acute lumbar sprain is significantly effective.
