石化行业面临的环境政策因素与技术应对策略

摘　　要：通过对环境政策的研究,分析石化行业面临的环境政策形势,点明我国石化行业正经受着世界经济发展与环境保护的博弈,面临着污染治理的巨大挑战。以技术带动进步,是石化行业应对快速发展的环境政策形势的最佳选择。本文提出强化行业特征污染物危害性识别、建立特征污染物监测统计方法、开展自主知识产权环境装备研发、加强环境风险控制技术储备、发展清洁生产技术研究等应对策略。Through the research of environmental policies, the paper analyses the situation of environmental policy faced by petrochemical industry, points out that China petrochemical industry is experiencing the game of economic development and environmental protection in addition to the challenge of control on pollution. The best choice of petrochemical industry is pursuing progress with environmental technology. The suggestions of technology research strategies, such as strengthen the characteristic identification of industry pollutants Harmfulness, establish characteristic pollutant monitoring statistics, research and development of independent intellectual property rights of environmental equipment, strengthen technical reserves of environmental risk control, and development of cleaner production, were put forward.
