摘 要:为了提高辽宁杨的抗逆性及扩大它的适生区域,本研究以辽宁杨叶片为外植体材料,通过对附加不同浓度BA和NAA的MS培养基的筛选,建立了辽宁杨叶片高频植株再生体系,其不定芽诱导率及生根率都达到100%,辽宁杨最佳不定芽分化培养基配方为MS+BA 0.3 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L,生根培养基配方为1/2MS+IBA 0.3 mg/L,为辽宁杨的抗性改良及分子育种实践奠定了基础。In order to enhance its resistance to cold, disease and pests and enlarge its growing area, a highlyefficient plant regeneration system with 100% shoot regeneration and rooting rate from leaf explants of P.×Liaoningensis in vitro was established by comparing different concentrations of BA and NAA on MS medium,and it was concluded that the best medium for shoot regeneration was MS +BA 0.3 mg/L + NAA 0.05 mg/L,and the best medium for rooting was 1/2MS+IBA 0.3 mg/L. The results of this study will contribute to theimprovement of the resistance of poplar and the study of the molecular breeding.
