摘 要:为研究建立高效稳定的百合鳞茎形成体系,以自繁的东方百合(Lilium Oriental Hybrid)品种‘索蚌’为材料,研究SOD、POD、CAT 3种抗氧化酶的活性变化以及可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量变化对百合鳞茎发生过程中的生理生化机制。结果表明,在百合鳞茎发生发育过程中,SOD与POD活性升高,而CAT酶活性的变化与SOD、POD活性变化趋势正好相反;可溶性蛋白累积和可溶性糖变化与百合鳞茎形成密切相关。因此,在百合鳞茎形成过程中,SOD、POD、CAT酶活性变化与鳞茎诱导及其发育密切相关,其中SOD、POD酶在百合鳞茎形成的过程中起着主导作用;可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质累积变化为百合鳞茎形成提供物质和能量基础。In order to research and establish highly stable formation system, SOD activity, POD activity, CATactivity, soluble protein and soluble sugar contents were studied to investigate their effects on physiologicaland biochemical mechanism of oriental lily‘Sorbonne'. The results indicated that during the growth anddevelopment of lily bulb, SOD and POD activities increased, CAT activity decreased, and soluble proteinaccumulation and soluble sugar contents changes were closely related to the Lily bulb formation. Therefore, thechanges of SOD, POD and CAT activities were closely related to the bulb induction and formation with SODand POD activities playing leading roles in the process of lily bulb formation; soluble sugar and soluble proteinaccumulation provided material and energy basis for lily bulb development.
