摘　　要：系统归纳和整理了关于日本、韩国、中国台湾地区以及欧美地区的微电子产业追赶的研究文献,总结了微电子产业追赶的模式,即技术创新演进模式、路径模式、政策模式和组织模式,并提出了未来微电子产业追赶研究的方向。This paper systematically reivews the research literature on the industiral catch-up in microelectronics industries from Japan,South Korea,Chinese Taiwan,Europe and United States,and concludes four patterns,namely technology innovation evolution pattern,path pattern,policy pattern and organization pattern.And it provides the furture directions of the research on the catch-up in microelectronics industry.
