摘　　要：牛中性粒细胞β防御素5(BNBD5)是天然存在于牛肺脏肺泡巨噬细胞内的一种抗菌肽之一。为了进一步研究天然抗菌分子-防御素的抗分枝杆菌活性提供实验材料,通过克隆BNBD5成熟肽片段的编码区序列,成功构建了毕赤酵母表达载体pPIC9K/mBNBD5,并诱导其在毕赤酵母菌株GS115中成功表达了mBNBD5蛋白,从而为进一步的实验奠定了坚实的基础。Bovine neutrophilβ-defensins 5（BNBD5）is one of the antimicrobial peptides which naturally in bovine pulmonary alveolar macrophages.To provide experimental materials for further studies on the antimicrobial activity of natural antibacterial molecule-defensins against mycobacteria,the CDs of mature BNBD5 gene were cloned,with the expression vector mBNBD5-pPIC9 Ksuccessfully constructed and the mBNBD5 protein expressed in GS115,laying a foundation for further experiments.
