摘　　要：对石化企业蒸汽管网系统目前运行现状做了简要的统计分析,指出消漏在管网安全运行中的必要性;详细分析了蒸汽管网漏点泄漏的介质特性、材质特性、工艺操作特性及制造安装特性,针对法兰密封面泄漏、阀门盘根泄漏、阀门内漏以及砂眼泄漏具体情况进行了探讨,提出了一些常规的处理方法。并对蒸汽系统的日常巡检、维护及检修工作提出了一些确保蒸汽管网系统安全、稳定、长周期运行,减少蒸汽系统泄漏的方法和措施。This paper briefly analyzes the present operation of steam network in petrochemical plants,points out the necessity of leakage elimination for the safe operation of steam network,analyzes in detail the characteristics of process fluid,tubing material,process operation and the manufacture and erection of steam network,discusses the causes of different types of leakage such as flange facing leakage,valve packing leakage,valve internal leakage and pinhole leakage,and presents some measures for leakage elimination.Also some methods are put forward for the routine inspection,maintenance and repair of steam system to ensure the safe,stable and long-term operation of the steam network and to minimize the leakage of steam system.
