摘　　要：EEPROM以其高集成、数据存储能力强和非挥发性被广泛使用。集成电路设计和工艺的发展使各种外围器件和控制器逐渐集成到单颗芯片中,EEPROM存储器也不例外。基于模拟内核的IP控制器,被科技人员大量开发。讨论的控制器根据MICROWIRE接口形式,介绍EEPROM控制器的设计。EEPROM,with the capability of nonvolatile and high integrated and data store,is widely used. The components and the controllers,as well as EEPROM,are gradually integrated in the single chip as the improvement of IC design and process technology. The IP controller based on analog kernel are designed. The design of the controller,based on the MICROWIRE protocol,is described in this paper.
