摘  要:目的建立HPLC法同时测定苦丁茶冬青Ilex kudingcha中大叶冬青苷G、大叶冬青苷H、苦丁冬青苷G、大叶冬青苷C、苦丁冬青苷A、苦丁冬青苷E、苦丁冬青苷D 7个三萜皂苷类成分的量。方法采用YMC C18色谱柱(YMC-pack ODS-A,250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,体积流量为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为210 nm,柱温为30℃。结果7个三萜皂苷化合物均有良好的分离度,具有良好的线性范围和线性关系(r〉0.999 5),平均加样回收率在99.25%~100.80%,RSD〈2%。结论该方法简单准确,具有良好的重复性和稳定性,可为苦丁茶冬青质量控制提供科学依据。Objective To establish an HPLC method for simultaneously determining latifoloside G, latifoloside H, kudinoside G, latifoloside C, kudinoside A, kudinoside E, and kudinoside D in Ilex kudingcha. Methods The separation was performed on a YMC C18 column(YMC-pack ODS-A, 250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with water-acetonitrile as the mobile phase in a gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 m L/min. The detection wavelength was 210 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results Seven triterpenoid saponins all have good separating degree, good linear range, and linearity(r 0.999 5). The average sample recovery rates were 99.25%—100.8%, RSD 2%. Conclusion The established method is rapid, accurate, and with has repeatability and stability, which could provides the scientific evidence for the quality control of I. kudingcha.
