摘　　要：蕨麻作为药食两用植物,已有1 200多年的药用历史。蕨麻为鹅绒委陵菜的膨大的块根,鹅绒委陵菜化学成分研究发现其主要含有三萜、皂苷和黄酮类成分。近年来药理学研究发现其具有抗缺氧、抗氧化、保肝、增强免疫力等作用。现对鹅绒委陵菜化学成分和药理作用研究进展进行综述,以期为其深入开发利用提供参考。Potentilla Anserinae Radix used as both food and medicine over 1200 years is the root tubers of Potentilla anserine.Triterpenoids,saponins,and flavonoids are the main chemical constituents in P.anserine.P.anserine shows the activities of anti-hypoxia,antioxidation,liver-protection,and enhancement of immunity in the recent studies.In this paper,the chemical constituents from P.anserine and their pharmacological activities are reviewed,which could provide the reference for the further investigation and development of this plant.
