摘　　要：回顾性分析2012年11月至2014年5月我院成功实施升主动脉路径逆行法经导管主动脉瓣置入术8例患者的临床资料、术后临床表现,探讨术后观察要点及护理措施。术后严密监测血流动力学指标,术后早期积极补充血容量对减少低心排、急性肾功能损伤非常重要;术后严密心电监护,维持电解质平衡,及早发现心律失常;术后密切观察患者意识情况,及早发现脑卒中;加强各种管路及术后抗凝治疗监护。本组8例患者康复出院,术后7d超声心动图(UCG)评价心功能得到恢复。This paper retrospectively analyzed the clinical characteristics and postoperative care of eight patients who underwent transeatheter aortic valve implantation through ascending aorta from November 2012 to May 2014. Postoperative care focused on close monitoring of hemodynamics parameters,supply of blood volume in early stage to prevent low cardiac output and acute kidney function injury,intense ECG monitoring to maintain electrolyte bal- ance and timely detect arrhythmia,elose observation of patients＇ consciousness to detect stroke,strengthening catheters care and monitoring of anticoagulation therapy. The patients＇ cardiac function recovered well at one week after operation rated by ultrasound cardiogram.
