摘  要:针对封闭或半封闭空间中以粪便污水为主的污水处理问题,确定了适宜的处理工艺;通过中试试验,优化各工艺参数,研制了污水高效集成处理装置。在中试过程中,考察了药剂投加量、污水进水流量、反应时间等对出水水质的影响。试验结果表明:当生活污水CODCr≤1 200 mg/L,NH3-N≤80 mg/L时,经过该工艺处理后,出水的各指标均能达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)中的二级排放标准。同时,所设计的污水处理设备占地面积小,结构简单,便于拆卸,易于维护。The study determined proper processing technique for the fecal sewage treatment problem in closed or semi-closed space. The parameters of process were optimized during the conduction of pilot test, and the efficient integrated sewage treatment plant was developed. The effects of dosage, flow rate and reaction time on the influence of effluent water quality were determined in the process of pilot plant. The experimental results showed that when the inflow domestic sewage qualities were CODCr≤ 1 200 mg/L, NH3-N ≤80 mg/L , the effluent water quality could meet the secondary emission standards of the National Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996) after the process. At the same time, the designed sewage treatment equipment has the charac- teristics such as little occupied field, simple construction, convenient to disassembly and easy to maintain.
