摘 要:为改善UHMWPEF/CF复合装甲材料的层间粘接效果,采用α-甲基丙烯酸对E-51环氧树脂进行改性,并对改性前后的树脂进行红外表征。通过研究催化剂种类、用量、反应温度和反应时间对反应程度的影响,发现树脂的改性反应在质量分数0.6%三乙胺催化和110℃恒温条件下进行具有较快的反应速率。此外,以质量分数2%BPO作引发剂,对改性树脂进行凝胶性能测试。并进行改性树脂UHMWPEF/CF复合装甲的试样制备。对比发现,树脂改性后,其复合装甲的T剥离强度有了一定程度的提高。To improve the adhesion between the layers of UHMWPEF/CF armour, the epoxy resin E-51 was modified by α-methyl acrylic acid in this article, and we characterized the pure epoxy resin and modified resin by the FTIR. By studying the influence of the temperature, the reaction time, the catalyst kind and consumption on the reaction degree, we found that the preparation of the modified resin should be carried out at 110 ℃ with 0.6% TEA as catalyst. In addition, we tested the gel performance and prepared specimens of composites with 2% BPO as initiator. At last, we found that the peel strength between composite layers has a certain improvement after the resin was modiified.
