摘  要:目前市面上的低压线路微机继电保护装置,大部分都是采用DSP或ARM处理器,价格昂贵使其应用范围受到限制。随着单片机功能的强大,价格优势的凸显,设计了一款低成本简单的低压线路保护装置,解决当前存在的因低压线路微机继电保护装置价格昂贵而不能普及的问题。装置采用性价比较高的STC单片机,利用其自带的ADC并结合改进差分递推傅里叶算法,实现瞬时电流、限时电流速断保护,欠电压和过电压保护功能,同时可实时显示当前电网的电压、电流、有功功率和功率因数,并可通过RS485总线与上位机通信。本装置经现场测试,运行效果很好,完全满足低压线路保护的要求。Low line relay protection devices currently on the market, most of them are using DSP or ARM processors, expensive its application is limited in scope. MCU is very powerful now, the price advantage is more obvious. Therefore, due to the low pressure line for the relay protection devices are expensive and not universal problems that currently exist, designed a simple low-cost low-voltage circuit protection devices. The device uses cost-effective STC micro-controller, using its own ADC combined Fourier algorithm to achieve the traditional analog relay function, with instantaneous current protection, under-voltage and over-voltage protection, and real-time display of the current grid voltage, current, active power and power factor, through RS485 or CAN bus data will be uploaded to the PC for further analysis and forecasting users. The field test, running well, fully meet the requirements of low-voltage circuit protection.
