摘 要:洛阳石化公司重油催化装置采取停用终止剂、降低外取热产汽量、提高反应温度、降低平衡剂活性等技术措施后,汽油辛烷值明显上升,从89.0上升至91.1。但随着反应转化率的升高,产品分布、能耗等均发生了较大的变化。文中对调整前后的主要产品效益、装置能耗、催化剂单耗进行了对比核算,为相关装置操作条件的确定提供了借鉴依据。The Heavy Oil Catalytic Unit of Luoyang Petrochemical Company adopted the technical measures such asstopping using terminating agent,reducing external heat removal cooler's steam capacity,increasing reaction temperatureand reducing poiser activity,made gasoline octane number increased significantly from 89.0 to 91.1. However,with theincrease of reaction conversion rate,the product distribution and energy consumption had a big change. This paper madecomparison calculation to the main product benefit,Unit energy consumption,catalyst unit consumption,provided basis forsimilar units to use as reference for their determination of operation conditions.
