摘　　要：通过对STCL-1500型带式脱水机结构进行分析,找到了脱水机断轴的故障原因。采用了正确的处理措施,改造了轴头的连接方式,增大了轴变径的R角,解决了原有辊轮强度不够频繁断轴的故障。By analysis to the structure of STCL-1500 belt-type dehydrator,the cause for rupture of dehydrator shaft wasfound out. The correct treatment measure was adopted,the connection type of the shaft head was transformed,the R angle ofshaft reducer was increased,and the fault of frequent rupture of shaft due to insufficient intensity was solved.
