摘　　要：某ABS装置应用桨式搅拌器,出现反应釜内壁挂胶、反应析胶等现象,影响反应及换热效果。文中分析了桨式搅拌器的故障原因,改进搅拌器的结构型式。改进后的接枝聚合釜提高了换热效率,延长了自动清洗周期,使ABS装置产能有了明显提高。There exist some problems when paddle agitator is used in ABS plant,for example,the gommures adhere on theinner wall of the reactor and the gommures separate out from the reaction. These problems have a bad influence on reactionand heat exchange. By changing the structural type of agitator,the heat exchange efficiency of grafting polymerization reactorwas improved,the self-cleaning period was lengthened,and the productivity of ABS equipment was increased significantly.
