摘　　要：1954年宪法是新中国正式颁布的第一部真正意义上的宪法,这部宪法的精神来源是新民主主义政治理论。新民主主义系列概念是毛泽东思想的重要组成部分,其中新民主主义政治理论为新中国的政治体制规划了宏伟蓝图。新民主主义政治理论是马克思主义基本原理与中国具体政治环境相结合的产物,也是中国特色社会主义政治理论的前期发展阶段,因此,有必要探讨新民主主义政治理论的渊源与发展和对1954年宪法的指导意义。The 1954 Constitution,whose core spirit derives from the new democratic political theory,is the first truly constitution formally promulgated in China.The new democratic series concept is an important part of Mao Zedong Thought,in which the new democratic political theory has planned a grand blueprint for Chinese political system.The new democratic political theory is a combined product of the basic principles of Marxism and China＇s specific political environment,and also the early stage of the socialist political theory with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the origins and development of the new democratic political theory and the guidance significance of the 1954 Constitution.
