摘　　要：人民群众的支持和拥护是党的执政之基,国家治理现代化同样要得到人民群众的信任和支持。党的群众路线深刻揭示了国家治理的社会基础,积极应对了国家治理中的党群关系,深度契合了国家治理现代化的民主潮流,科学回答了党和人民之间一系列重大关系问题,有利于国家治理体系和治理能力现代化建设,是转型时期中国共产党执政合法性建设的重要途径。The people＇s support is the base for the Party＇s governance,and the modernization of national governance also needs the trust of the masses. As a whole,the Party＇s mass line must profoundly reveal the social foundation of state governance,actively deal with the relationship between the Party and the masses,deeply fit the democratic trend of the modernization of our state governance,scientifically answer a series of important relationships between the Party and people,be beneficial to the construction of the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,and is an important way for the construction of the CPC＇s legitimate governance in the period of transition.
