恩替卡韦联合复方鳖甲软肝片治疗乙肝肝硬化代偿期的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨恩替卡韦联合复方鳖甲软肝片治疗乙肝肝硬化代偿期的疗效。方法选取2010年1月—2013年1月攀枝花市第四人民医院收治的乙肝肝硬化代偿期患者136例,根据临床治疗方法不同将患者分为治疗组与对照组,各68例。对照组患者予以恩替卡韦治疗,治疗组患者在对照组基础上加用复方鳖甲软肝片治疗。观察两组患者肝功能指标〔丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、血清蛋白(ALB)、总胆红素(STB)〕、肝纤维化指标〔透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型胶原(CLⅣ)〕变化情况及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前后两组患者ALT、STB、ALB比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前两组患者HA、LN、PCⅢ、CLⅣ比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组患者HA、LN、PCⅢ、CLⅣ低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未发生不良反应。结论恩替卡韦联合复方鳖甲软肝片治疗乙肝肝硬化代偿期的疗效显著,可改善患者肝功能及肝纤维化指标,不良反应少。Objective To explore the clinical effect of entecavir combined with Fufangbiejiaruangan tablet in treatment of decompensation stage of posthepatitic cirrhosis. Methods A total of 136 patients with decompensation stage of posthepatitic cirrhosis were selected in the Fourth People＇s Hospital of Panzhihua from January 2010 to January 2013,according to different clinical treatment methods,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group,each of 68 cases. Control group were treated with entercavir, treatment group were treated with Fufangbiejiaruangan tablet on the basis of control group. Liver function indexes（ ALT,ALB,STB）,liver fibrosis indexes（ HA,LN,PCⅢ,CLⅣ） and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results Before and after treatment,ALT,ALB and STB showed no significant differences between the two groups（ P 0. 05）; before treatment,HA,LN,PCⅢ and CLⅣ showed no significant differences between the two groups（ P 0. 05）; after treatment,HA,LN,PCⅢ and CLⅣ of treatment group were lower than those of control group（ P 0. 05）; no one occurred adverse reactions. Conclusion Entecavir combined with Fufangbiejiaruangan tablet has notable curative effect in the treatment of decompensation stage of posthepatitic cirrhosis,can improve the liver function and liver fibrosis indexes,has less adverse reactions.
