窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法选取2014年1月—2014年6月成都市龙泉驿区第一人民医院收治的寻常型银屑病患者60例,按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组患者予以常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上予以NB-UVB治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效及不良反应(皮肤干燥、皮肤瘙痒、红斑、色素沉着)发生情况。结果观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效显著,且不良反应少。Objective To explore the clinical effect of narrow-band ultraviolet B（ NB-UVB） in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods A total of 60 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were selected in the First People＇s Hospital of Longquanyi District of Chengdu City from January 2014 to June 2014,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,each of 30 cases. Control group were treated with routine treatment,observation group were treated with NB-UVB on the basis of control group. Clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The total effetive rate of observation group was higher than that of control group（ P 0. 05）; incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was lower than that of control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion NB-UVB has notable curative effect in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,has less adverse reactions.
