种公牛空爬跨对精液品质影响的研究

摘　　要：[目的]为了提高采精量和提高精液品质。[方法]采取先0、1、2次空爬后采精,比较空爬次数对精液品质的影响。以我中心公牛站2岁以上所有正常采精种公牛为研究对象,第一周不空爬、第二周1次空爬、第三周2次空爬,比较采精量、精子数、精液活力、精液密度、畸形率的变化[结果]显示:空爬跨2次采精比1次和不空爬采精效果显著,精液量提升、精子数增加、密度增加、活力提高、畸形率降低(P<0.01)。[结论]空爬跨2次采精为最佳,能显著提高精液品质。[Objective]To increase the semen volume and semen quality. [Method] To study effects of the empty climbing across numbers （such as zero, one and two） on semen quality based on the semen qual- ity comparison. The normal two-year-old bulls from our station were used to test the empty climbing num- bers （the first week with zero empty climbing across; the second week with 1 empty climbing across; the third week with 2 empty climbing across） on ejaculate volume, sperm count, sperm viability, sperm densi- ty, sperm deformity rate of change. [Results] the 2-empty-climbing-across semen was better in the semen volume, sperm count, promoting density increases, increasing the activity, reducing the rate of deformity than those of one-empty-climbing-across semen （P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Semen from two-free-climbing- across bulls was the best, so two-free-climbing-across method can significantly improve the sperm quality.
